DANVERS and mdash; A Danvers man who last year got a break in a robbery case from a judge is now facing attempted- murder, kidnapping and rape charges. Adam Swindell, 26, of 16 Putnam St. is being held without bail pending a hearing Monday to determine whether he poses a danger if released.
